🧩 Project Overview
Initial API Audit & Documentation
2019-2020
The Booking API enables organizations –such as retail centers, amusement parks, airports, and tourist sites– to create custom booking interfaces for mobile apps or on-site terminals.
As a consultant and technical writer specializing in API documentation and docs-as-code workflows:
- I recommended publishing both the user guide and API reference via a structured documentation website.
- I implemented a Hugo-based static site, combining Markdown for content and YAML for configuration.
- To optimize developer experience, I used the ReDoc plugin to render the OpenAPI specification, offering a superior UI compared to default Swagger interfaces.
- I gathered source material, authored clear and accessible English documentation, and created supporting diagrams to aid comprehension.
A New API to Document
2022
I documented the Validation API by conducting a thorough review of the Swagger specification and writing the user documentation in English.
As a consultant focused on user experience, technical standards, and scalability, I recommended migrating the documentation from Hugo to Docusaurus v2—a modern React-based framework ideal for structured, developer-friendly content.
Key advantages included improved navigation and search, flexible styling and customization, ongoing updates, and seamless integration of Lineberty’s OpenAPIs via the ReDocusaurus plugin.
This migration enabled a complete revamp of the documentation: I restructured content, redesigned the homepage, introduced new visual elements, and enhanced usability with clear diagrams and icons.
Complete Review
2023
Complete review of Lineberty's Developer Documentation.
- Upgrade to Docusaurus v3.
- Design & accessibility Upgrade, including a CSS complying with French RGAA Web accessibility criteria.
- Full content review, including new diagrams.
