Professional Profile
With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in software documentation, I have followed — and contributed to — the evolution of technical communication itself: from printed manuals and online help systems to documentation websites, developer portals, docs-as-code workflows, and now AI-ready documentation.
My work focuses on turning complex, scattered, or incomplete product knowledge into clear, structured, maintainable documentation. I design documentation architectures, build user-focused websites and portals, write API and SDK documentation, and help teams transform heterogeneous content into reliable knowledge assets for users, internal teams, and AI tools.
Since 2019, I have created and modernized docs-as-code portals for SaaS platforms, developer programs, APIs, SDKs, and technical products in domains such as IoT, edge computing, data preparation, CRM, merchandising, Marketing Mix Modeling, and AI/data platforms. These projects have involved Git-based workflows, CI/CD, static-site generators such as Docusaurus, Hugo, Sphinx, and ReDoc, as well as close collaboration with Product, R&D, Support, Customer Success, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams.
A key strength of my work is the ability to take ownership of unfamiliar technical domains from scratch: exploring products, interviewing experts, analyzing raw sources, testing workflows, structuring concepts, and adapting the level of information to each audience — end users, administrators, developers, data scientists, partners, or internal teams.
Today, my positioning combines expert technical writing, documentation architecture, docs-as-code, knowledge management, and AI applied to technical documentation. I focus on AI-ready content, metadata, augmented search, RAG, specialized agents, and continuous documentation quality improvement — always with human expertise, validation, and editorial judgment at the center of the process.
