Translation and Localization Services
Localization is not only about changing words from one language to another.
It's about preserving meaning, tone, structure, usability β and ensuring your product feels native to every audience.
I work with a focus on clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
How I Localize Applications and Documentationβ
Localization isn't just translation β it's a process. Here's how I approach it:
-
Internationalization Check β I review your app or documentation to ensure it's ready for localization β separating content from code, supporting Unicode, and identifying hard-coded strings.
-
Terminology Alignment β I build or adapt glossaries to ensure consistent use of technical terms, brand language, and UI labels.
-
Translation & Adaptation β I translate content with attention to tone, clarity, and cultural relevance β adapting examples, idioms, and visuals where needed.
-
Review & QA β I test the localized content in context β checking layout, formatting, and user experience across platforms.
-
Continuous Localization β I support ongoing updates and versioning, so your documentation evolves with your product.
What I Translate and Localizeβ
Through CoffeeCup.tech, I provide the following services:
- Application & UI localization
- Technical documentation translation, including:
- API and SDK documentation
- Installation & configuration guides
- Tutorials, how-tos, onboarding flows
- Glossary creation and terminology management
I work in English, French, and German β and I'm happy to collaborate with your dev team, product owners, or marketing leads to ensure your content hits the mark.
I only translate into languages I personally master. Because human post-editing is essential for final review and harmonization, I need to fully understand the content.

Tooling I Supportβ
My localization workflow is AI-first and human-validated.
I use state-of-the-art multilingual NMT engines (DeepL, Google Translate, ChatGPT, Copilot) combined with strict terminology control and systematic human post-editing.
This hybrid approach delivers high-quality translations, maintains consistency across large documentation sets, and integrates smoothly with docs-as-code environments.
Examplesβ
The present website is located in both US English and French. Sometimes I write in English first, then translate my own content into French; sometimes, I do the reverse.
