I review all documents or materials that present the product — your company website, marketing and communication materials, commercial resources, internal documentation…
I also conduct additional research to cross-check and validate information.
This knowledge-acquisition phase helps me understand the product in depth, as well as its ecosystem, and allows me to write documentation that accurately reflects your needs and those of your users.

3. Operational Implementation
From consulting to hands-on execution.
I take charge of the documentation and its reorientation. This includes implementing the documentation strategy, migrating to a new framework if needed, modernizing and rewriting content, and working closely with your teams.
This phase combines consulting with hands-on execution.
Documentation can be written in English or French, and localized into additional languages.
