Example: Mailing Services
Among the 30+ clients I’ve collaborated with, one was Télépost –a subsidiary of La Poste.
Although the example dates back years, it remains notable not only for its hand-coded, pure HTML implementation but also because the service is still up and running today.

Mailev@ by Télépost
Télépost offered a digital service that enabled professionals to send letters and faxes directly online—streamlining communication long before online correspondence became standard.
I hand-coded a comprehensive HTML-based online Help system using a plain text editor –intentionally avoiding any licensed software to remain fully independent and ensure lightweight page performance. The design followed the graphic charter of the service at that time, including custom-designed icons for key elements such as “note” and “see also.”
The Help system was exhaustive and user-friendly, featuring a structured menu, detailed guidance, practical examples, tips, an index, general product information, and popup windows for contextual support. It was seamlessly integrated into the Mailev@ website, delivering clarity and speed through efficient, handcrafted code.
